Katrat Al-Lolo Est. seeks to rehabilitate, train, employ and care for people with special needs in order to be part of the Est's team both in its projects spread in the Kingdom. In order to achieve this, the Est. for Health Systems has worked to overcome all the difficulties that prevent them from hiring, and working to make the work environment within the Est suitable for work for people with special needs.It also worked to provide support and services and review internal policies and regulations to adapt them to suit the performance of the work assigned to people with special needs.



The year 2013 witnessed the joining of one of the special needs individuals to the team of Katrat Al-Lolo Est. and since then the number started to increase every year until the number in 2019 reached 38 individuals with special needs.



Mr. Sultan, General Manager of the Est, said: “We at Katrat Al-Lolo Est. aim and strive to enable individuals with special needs to work in Katrat Al-Lolo Est. without any restrictions because of our belief in their importance and ability to work easily and easily when giving them the full opportunity and create a suitable environment for them. Katrat Al-Lolo has been expanding in Saudi Arabia since 2010 and its projects are spreading around the Kingdom with the same vision and drive to include people with special needs.

Employment of people with special needs
