is one of the modern national institutions in the field of nutrition, food services and therapeutic nutrition for hospitals, health centers and universities since 1429. HACCP certified (in the field of food safety in all
stages) and certified contractors classification in the field of service and provision of rations for individuals and the field of service and nutrition insurance for medical centers based on our current projects and characterized by high operational rates and keen to apply the highest quality standards and
control all Stages of food production.

In spite of the
abundance of meals carried out by the institution around the clock, the effectiveness and efficiency of the Est's rigorous programs to the highest standards in quality control puts it in a prominent position among the nutrition insurance and catering services for hospitals and medical centers, because of the advanced technological systems applied to the control and inspection points This includes not only catering facilities, but also preparation, processing and delivery facilities, as well as regular scientific tests and analysis of all stages of food production, which contributes to the production of high-quality meals. Nutrition and food service contracts executed by the Foundation include several operations:

1. Providing trained
manpower in the fields of preparation, processing, cooking, serving, cleaning
and administrative cadres of supervisors, nutrition technicians, general and therapeutic
nutritionist, quality supervisors, accounting, warehouses, maintenance and
procurement.

2. Securing various foodstuffs including fresh food, dry food, frozen food,
cleaning and sterilization materials, packaging materials, distribution and delivery,
as well as specialized food for Enteral Feeding patients with all their
requirements.

3. The provision of
equipment and equipment, including all the needs of the site of the equipment
for storage, transport, preparation, processing, cooking, delivery, cleaning

The Foundation is currently implementing several government contracts in
nutrition and food services across the Kingdom
